providing goal driven daily skills training to improve your participation, independence and satisfaction with your day-to-day tasks.
HOME MODIFICATIONS​​
Individualised environmental modifications which improve access, independence and well being. Home modifications could include: grab rails, ramps, bannister rails, platform steps, accessible bathrooms, lifts and much more.
VEHICLE MODIFICATIONS
We conduct assessments and trials to determine suitable vehicle modifications to improve your access and comfort.
ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY
Specialised equipment to improve your ability to be independent, comfortable, and safe at home and in the community. In-home assessments ensure tailored solutions for enhanced ability to participate in your everyday life.
AGED CARE
We work with recipients of Home Care Packages to provide in-home assessments and interventions that will improve your independence, safety, access and participation with daily activities.
